Rights of the Interested Party

The GDPR grants the Interested Party specific rights.  The Interested Party can exercise the following rights for each processing (in addition to the right to portability under Article 20 GDPR, which is not applicable to this processing):

  1. Requesting access to personal data (Art. 15 GDPR).
  2. Request rectification of inaccurate data or supplementation of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR).
  3. Request deletion of personal data (art. 17 GDPR).
  4. Request the restriction of the processing of personal data (art. 18 GDPR).
  5. Right to revoke consent in cases where consent is the legal basis for the processing of personal data (art. 6, para. 1, lett. a).
  6. Right to complain: the Data Subject has the right to complain to the Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali (Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali) as the Supervisory Authority identified in Italian law (pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR and Art. 2 bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003).

To exercise each of the aforementioned rights, the Interested Party can send an e-mail or write to the following address specifying the request and providing the Data Controller with the information necessary for the correct identification of the sender (also attaching a copy of the identity document):

The Data Controller will respond within one month. If for some reason the Data Controller fails to respond, he will provide a detailed explanation as to why they cannot satisfy the request.

How to disable / delete cookies by configuring the browser:

Chrome

  1. Run the Chrome browser.
  2. Click on the menu in the browser toolbar next to the URL entry window for navigation.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Click Show Advanced Settings.
  5. In the “Privacy” section, click on the “Content settings” button.
  6. In the “Cookies” section you can change the following cookie settings:
    • Allow saving data locally.
    • Change the local data only until the browser is closed.
    • Prevent sites from setting cookies.
    • Block third-party cookies and site data.
    • Manage exceptions for some websites.
    • Delete one or all cookies.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Run the Mozilla Firefox browser.
  2. Click on the menu in the browser toolbar next to the URL entry window for navigation.
  3. Select Options.
  4. Select the Privacy panel.
  5. Click Show Advanced Settings.
  6. In the “Privacy” section, click on the “Content settings” button.
  7. In the “Tracking” section you can change the following cookie settings:
    • Ask the sites not to make any tracking.
    • Notify sites of availability to be tracked.
    • Do not communicate any preference regarding the tracking of personal data.
  8. From the “Search History” setting:
    • After enabling the “Use custom settings”, select to accept third-party cookies (always, from the most visited sites, or never) and to store them for a specified period (until they expire, when Firefox is closed or ask every time it is used).
    • Remove the individual cookies stored.

Internet Explorer

  1. Run the Internet Explorer browser.
  2. Click the Tools button and choose Internet Options.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab and, in the Settings section, change the slider according to the desired action for cookies:
    • Block all cookies.
    • Allow all cookies.
    • To select the sites from which to obtain cookies: move the cursor to an intermediate position so as not to block or allow all cookies, then press on Sites, enter a website in the Website Address box and then press on Block or Allow.

Safari

  1. Run the Safari browser
  2. Click on Safari, select Preferences and click on Privacy.
  3. In the Block Cookies section and specify how Safari must accept cookies from Internet sites;
  4. To view which sites have stored cookies, click on Details.

Safari iOS (mobile devices)

  1. Run the iOS Safari Browser.
  2. Tap on Settings and then Safari 3. Tap on Block Cookies and choose from the various options: “Never”, “Third party and advertisers” or “Always”.
  3. To delete all cookies stored by Safari, tap on Settings, then on Safari and finally on Delete Cookies and data.

Opera

  1. Run the Opera browser
  2. Click on Preferences then on Advanced and finally on Cookies
  3. Select one of the following options:
    • Accept all cookies
    • Accept cookies only from the site you visit: third-party cookies and those that are sent from a domain other than the one you are visiting will be rejected
    • Never accept cookies: no cookies will never be saved.
