Oggi il nostro managing partner, l’Avv. Alessandro Lerro, è a Roma per il convegno organizzato da CONSOB, “The New Frontiers of Digital Finance”. Nel corso della giornata gli interventi, introdotti dal Presidente CONSOB Paolo Savona, affronteranno temi di grande attualità, concentrandosi sui nuovi trend della finanza digitale, sulle linee d’azione dell’Unione Europea e sulle recenti normative introdotte a disciplina della materia, quali i Regolamenti MICA, DORA e DLT Pilot Regime.
Con la moderazione del Commissario Carlo Comporti, è previsto il contributo di autorevoli rappresentanti di istituzioni ed aziende, ed in particolare: John Berrigan, Direttore Generale DG FISMA della Commissione Europea; Verena Ross, Presidente dell’ESMA; Roni Michael, Responsabile globale dell’Innovazione di KPMG; Carmine Di Noia, Direttore DAF-OECD; Elisabeth McCaul, Membro del Consiglio di sorveglianza della Banca Centrale Europea; Eduard Müller, Executive Director, Austrian FMA; Paolo Angelini, Vice Direttore Generale della Banca d’Italia. Seguiranno, inoltre, la discussione di Paolo Ciocca, Commissario CONSOB, e le conclusioni di Giuseppe F. Italiano, Professore presso l’Università LUISS Guido Carli.

Today our managing partner, Mr. Alessandro Lerro, is in Rome to attend the conference “The New Frontiers of Digital Finance”, organized by CONSOB. Throughout the day, the interventions, introduced by the Chairman of CONSOB Paolo Savona, will deal with highly topical subjects, focusing on the latest trends in digital finance, on the EU courses of action, and on the recent legislation governing the sector, such as the MICA, the DORA and the DLT Pilot Regime Regulations.
With Commissioner Carlo Comporti moderating the conference, many influential representatives of institutions and companies are going to offer their contributions; in particular: John Berrigan, Director General DG FISMA, from the European Commission; Verena Ross, Chair of the ESMA; Roni Michael, Global Head of Innovation in KPMG; Carmine Di Noia, Director DAF-OECD; Elisabeth McCaul, Member of the Supervisory Board in the ECB; Eduard Müller, Executive Director, Austrian FMA; Paolo Angelini, Deputy Director General in Bank of Italy. Next, will follow a discussion with Paolo Ciocca, CONSOB Commissioner, and the conclusions by Giuseppe F. Italiano, Professor at LUISS Guido Carli University.
